So I’m wearing a crop toptoday, and I’ve said this before but I’m a bit on the larger side… I feel a bit insecure as I’ve gone out in public ​

Try to tell yourself youre rocking that look and it can help. Ive noticed myself that forcing yourself into a mindset that youre the moment helps. It might just take time and feel eve worse at the start cause youre so used to being critical towards yourself but at least for me it helped

So atm i dont dress so much yet but im trying to balance out my weight & clothing style too

The mind is an asshole and gets stuck into different ways of thinking but it can apparently be changed by just the power of your mind. I absolutely despise the way i look but because ive been telling myself im rich, beautiful and better than everyone else i dont think as often how much i absolutely hate myself. I can believe it wont work on everyone but just speaking from my own experience

3AM has a point, you have to gaslight yourself. It usually helps me to think "if someone else wore this, I'd have no problem with it and wouldn't look twice. There is nothing wrong with me wearing it."
