If coffee is your thing then coffee. Only medication helped me but it’s not the easiest option nor one that everyone should use

I've done fine until the last week or so
I need to take care of myself better

I only found this our recently but I've always had found coffee was hit and miss for helping with brain fog. Sometimes it helps some times it makes it worse. I just found out this is because of my ADD.
