As far as temperature it depends on the food. Warm foods I prefer to be almost to hot but not quite. I can't handle cold things very well every since I had covid. I'm glad that was the only lasting affect because a lot of people lost their sense of smell/taste permanently. As far as spice, I can't handle spice very well at all. I mean I can go as far as peppers and jalapeños but anything hotter I can't handle well.
