I accidentally became public enemy #1 in a mobile game (1 Viewer)

I got a new mobile game about a month ago and I've been playing it daily since then. It's similar to Legend of Phoenix where you level up wardens and boost your stats and compete in different competitions every 3 days to rank high and get rewards - the name is Game of Vampires.

There's this feature called Conclave, one person hosts a table that seats 3 people at it, they range from 3 hours, 6 hours, or 9 hours to gain varying levels of points which you use to level up a skill tree and boost your stats. It's a vital part of the game to be in these seats, but the hosting tokens are difficult to obtain if you're not in a place to rank high in the competitions. consistently. In my 30 days, I think I obtained 4 of them to host tables.

When you grab a seat at a table, you get 5 minutes of protection from being kicked. The table host can kick users (and also protect users by using special tokens to give them 30 minutes of that protection) and also other users can kick users and take their seat at the table. When it comes to kicking, you only succeed in kicking players if your title is greater than the other user or if you have the same title, you must have more XP than the other player. If you get kicked out of a seat at the table, you have a 1 hour cooldown where you cannot join any table in that time.

So I started kicking people. Every. Single. Day. Multiple times a day, all the time.

As it turns out, the high ranking guilds on my server have a pact where they did not kick others and share resources with one another. Very few players use the kick function, and when they do, the higher players retaliate by telling their guildmembers and friends and kicking them back. A week passed of me getting kicked left and right, that I finally reached out to some users who had kept kicking me.

It was only then that they explained how they don't kick users and instead retaliate against those who do. Mind you, this was after I got some nasty PMs from others who were boasting about kicking me.

It was also then explained to me that everyone on our server hates this one specific guild - and I happened to be a member of that specific guild, which is another reason why I was targeted!

I am now pleased to announce that I've left the hated guild, no longer kick others, and I've since joined the #1 guild on the server this might be my redemption arc !!
