But these ones, despite being virtually identical, are pretty gross.

My store ran out of the "high fiber" version and had a "keto" version, which has 14 grams of fiber instead of the 17 in the "high fiber" version. So close enough, right? But somehow, making them "keto" makes them gross AF.

So do I power through tolerating the package or toss it...

It has this weird after taste. I've never had a tortilla leave, like, a film on my tongue before.

The Keto diet is a low carb diet with even less carbohydrates and way more healthy fats (like Coconut oil). There are many standard food recipes that you can modify to get into Ketosis. There's no need to spend extra money for special 'Keto food'.

I don't normally buy gimmicky things like that, but the "regular" tortillas only have 1 gram of fiber, and my doctor told me to increase my fiber intake. (And I do feel better when prioritizing fiber, ugh, when the doctors are right!!) The "high fiber" version tastes fine, so idk what they did to the keto one to make it comparatively gross!

Some Keto foods contain almond flour because of its high fat content. I know people that don't like the taste. But I'm not sure if they put almond flour in tortillas.
