I'm making a salad that based on the description of the main ingredient on google I'll probably hate it. It's fiddlehead fern salad. Made with fiddlehead ferns and an asian dressing. Fiddleheads supposedly taste like (according to this site) "sort of like a mash-up of artichokes, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, and green beans." I hate artichokes, asparagus, mushrooms, green beans, and spinach is okay in small quantities. So sounds very promising

The reason I picked now to make it is because my sister is here and she'll eat anything if it's green and healthy (ish)
