So I felt like my knee was doing better so I decided to do a heel stretch for fun. Of course, that made my knee be mad at me and my knee felt like it was shifting out of place. I miss the days I could do things without injuries stopping me

In all seriousness, hopefully it didn’t cause you any further pain or discomfort after the initial stretch. I’m sure its difficult to not do what you love because your injured but you also don’t want to accidentally make it worse before you get the green light from the doctor.
