So I’m in this therapeutic art class, and this was my second week.

Last week, we did “neurological art”, which is basically that you write an affirmation on one side of some paper, flip it over, and draw several intersecting lines and color the resulting shapes. The finished product is supposed to resemble neurons. I did two affirmations- I am strong and I am unique.

And then this week, we made dream jars. You fill up a jar with water and add half a cup of glue. Then you can add glitter and food coloring in your fav colors. I bet you can’t guess what I used! Lol

no, glitter! you'd have to see it to know how it works, but you activate it like you would a snowglobe - you shake it and the pieces go flying around in the jar.
