2 birthday parties this past weekend (well small gatherings because I don’t like big parties).

On Saturday, my mom’s friend along with her daughter and her 2 grandkids came over at my house with a cake, a giant 3 and 0 balloons, and food and drinks. We had a small party…During the time we were eating cake, we forgot to light up the candles

Cake was delicious (Dominican yellow cake with pineapple filling).

On Sunday, we had another small gathering but at my aunt’s house. My mom bought and picked up a cake on Saturday for yesterday’s event. I told her that this cake reminded me of Beauty and the Beast (it was Yellow, Green, and Red *the merengue rose was also red).

The party consists of my aunt, my older cousin, my two younger cousins, the next door neighbor, and her twin daughters.

Yes we remembered to blow the candles (we used the the candles that we had from Saturday’s party that weren’t used).

The Cake was the same thing with the same filling

I realized something… I felt exhausted doing these small back to back gatherings. I just want 1 small gathering

Also, I want to make a filling request for the next birthday. I want strawberry for next year.​

Also the string snapped off from one the balloons. So, I was hanging onto the 0 balloon like my life depended on it…. It survived the trip home
