I don’t understand how people function so well so early (1 Viewer)

This is actually something that happened in early May, I just haven’t talked about it yet. We had an early flight (6-7 AM) so we left my grandparents place at 3:30ish AM to be safe (luckily, given that we forgot a suitcase there). But anyways, as we’re driving there, we see people returning from Easter service. With kids. At 3:30 AM. I was barely functioning and I slept in later than all of them. How does a kid get up so early and listen to someone talk without falling asleep? They’re definitely more capable at early mornings than me
