for colds we always say: 3 days it comes, 3 days it stays and 3 days to goes away

u need to drink a lot. last time I had a cold I drunk 3 liters a day

The warm milk with turmeric and black pepper works like a charm. You can use lactose-free milk too.

A tea with ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, honey also works fine.
