Maybe it's because I barely ate but I'm so tired now and honestly I feel not happy nor sad just robotic and hollow

Could be a lack of food. That makes me always tired.

Sometimes I randomly feel like that too, I'm not sure why. I wish I had some advice, but I usually just wait for it to pass on it's own.
