It's better to heal with a stud because it won't move around and irritate like a ring does. Avoid sleeping on that side at all when healing it. My orbital piercing got infected that way and I had to remove it. (Getting it pierced again)

Also use polysporin, it works wonders to heal piercings

It helps a lot with fresh piercings

like clean with saline then put some polysporin

It's the cartilage one, as you can probably tell by the ink stain this is my eighth time getting my ear pierced, though I currently only have five in. The picture is kinda bad lol I made my sister take it. It hurt really bad and I was shaking afterwards, because I haven't gotten a new one in a while so I wasn't used to it
