periods suck....i'm taking birth control bc they were getting so bad and this week i'm in the period pills andddddddd i was told that my period might not come this month since it's the first one buttttttt it came today and i have no pads on me i'm abt to fall apart.....the pain.............at least it's not as bad as it usually is on the first day but STILL WHY THE 30TH?!?!!!

Do you have any hot water bag ? It helps a lot in cramps
And drink a lot of water and try eating chocolate
Don't eat any pain killers without a doctor's consultation

I'm saying from a personal experience it could be different for you though
I had taken some pain killers for the cramps and they didn't really absorb quickly and it interfered with blood clotting which resulted in prolonged bleeding
Again it could be different for you

oh, honey, I feel you! my first period was from hell, too. I couldn't function without feeling excruciating pain, and I was four hours away from home at summer camp. When my dad picked me up to take me home, he had to take me to a random convenience store for Midol and pads.
