Ohh I totally feel you! Getting our periods during the first days of menstruation are always the worst days

i have low pain tolerance. you do not wanna know on how I usually deal/cope with these kinds of pains fr.

it wasn’t until recently that I‘ve found that applying heat pads both on my lower back and lower abdomen starting from the premenstrual days (up until the first day of the cycle) in preparation have helped kinda ease the pain during that first day, and that’s something that I plan on keep doing.
perhaps you might like to try doing that too whenever your next premenstrual days come?

Heat pads do nothing for me but irritate my skin. I have a weird relationship with heat. Not quite allergic but I do break out into heat rashes now and then.
