Nope, not yet. They're using a company I've never heard of before: Maersk. So maybe that company doesn't track until they do pickup? IDK.

once that happened to me and I called the company and they issued the product again via express shipping and I got both the new product and old product the same day like two days later lol

bonsai are actually pretty high maintenance I had a family friend who was in the bonsai business and he said they require a lot of watering and monitoring

Apparently they have a business to consumer shipping division, who knew! I think the company I ordered the furniture from used to use FedEx, but maybe Maersk offered them a better deal or something.
