But in all seriousness I feel like some of the time saying this isn’t to bring down the other members but to be like “hey company, stop pushing one member and give the others a chance to shine”. Because sometimes companies do ignore the other members in favor of promoting one or two members (for example, I think post IOI groups had that issue). If they’re saying it because they actually think the others have no value yeah, that’s rude no matter how you look at it. But if you’re saying it to criticize the company’s management style then that’s pretty different.
