I have a crush on a KPS user but idk if I should tell them. They're super cool and I've known them since I joined but they're a bit older than me and I'm scared that if they find out they'll be angry or disgusted with me or even worse they might already have a bf/gf. I can't say their name mostly bc why would I put them on the spot like that but also bc they're really active on my posts and i don't want this to be the first time they're even hearing of this

I’ve been in the same situation, having a crush on a KPS user. It worked out really well for me. But you also have to be prepared for it to not go well too, I think I was overprepared in that department

Firstly it's not you ningholic as lovely and hospitable as you are
It's not any mods. Idk the social hierarchy difference makes it weird to me
It's not any TWICE fans which rules out a lot cuz this shitshow is full of onces

well first of all, if they feel angry or disgusted, they are not good ppl to begin with. but I`m pretty sure no one here on the forum is like that (at least from what I could observe, but you never know).

I for myself had a similar experience just the other way around. when I was playing a game a kid had an obvious crush on me (everyone knew) but as he was waaaay younger (I believe around 11 years old and I was like 29) I just thought he was a cute kid and nothing else. I was just nice to him and as he had a lot of problems I tried to help him out a little bit, so I guess that was the reason for his crush.

if you ask me, I would first find out if they already have a partner (and ofc their age). if they do they might feel uncomfortable with your confession.
you could also try to find out how they feel about you first before you make a move.

Yeah after reading these replies I think the best option is to not be too direct yet since I just made the thread but just see if they're with anyone like you said

if u dont mind me asking how long have u had a crush on this person?
and if they get angry or disgusted they don't deserve to be your friend or lover I would also say in a couple days make a PMS if they are comfortable with it and get to know them more there that way you'll find if they have a s/o and more stuff :))
