I listened to the first 2 songs n Birdcage n You are Everything but yeah, not my taste at all. Id call it soft metal if anything, not close to pop-punk as an accurate descriptor, not enuf pop n much too much metal for me.

It was listed in punk rock but it doesn’t sound like close to the truth. Though maybe some songs are classified in that category

Categorising music is tuff, as there are always edge cases n its subjective as heck anyways. So yeah, they seem more soft metal/rock metal than heavy metal or pop punk to me. Altho maybe tats definitional pop-punk, idk.
