I felt the same way about tennis. Then I watched tennis and I find it to be pretty fun.
Volleyball is so intense with the right amount of atmosphere and team spirit.
Used to play it in my younger days, but I wasn't so keen on doing it, besides regulation of school sports activities. (said we had to)
