Are you having a hard time following her because you are distracted or is it more like she's teaching it weirdly? Or is your brain just full of static making it hard to grasp onto anything?

I mean, not really. But if I go to the nurse I can't understand what they are saying.
I can type in English but i'm not understanding it right now. No one else in my school speaks Russian either

Oh oh my goodness. I didn't realize it was your second language-no wonder it's hard History has so many weird-ass words. It sucks they don't have someone there to help a bit more given that you speak Russian. Do you think you'd be able to ask her after class to maybe explain it a bit better? Sometimes the speed of the way people speak can make it all the more confusing.
