I really need to get better about putting sunscreen on the tops of my feet when I wear flip-flops.


Are you avoiding the sun this summer?

Yeah, I've got that clear tan lines going on too. I try to avoid wearing real shoes for as long as possible.

That being said, I don't like sunbathing. Instead I love walking in the woods in summer where I don't expose myself to extreme sunlight that often. Foods high in beta-carotene helps protecting my skin too but they're no replacement for sunscreen and UV protection glasses!
