[dark_tranquility]

what's a mood tracker?

it is when your record how you feel each day from a list of emotions

it is when your record how you feel each day from a list of emotions

so it's a manual record and not like a pedometer or something (sorry if I sound ignorant lol)
what's it used for?

it is used to determine my mood each day
mostly I have been on and off

it is helpful

We're here for you. Your very loved around here.

You're an amazing person! And you are a strong person. I'm sure your inner demons already hear boss music - so give 'em hell!

Same, I find that it's helpful.

I'm glad you're trying your best
