i get so jealous every time a friend of mine is talking and bonding with another person idk, and my friend laughing on their jokes, having that level of intimacy like me. ig its because im just scared of losing them. just scared that they’ll leave me for them or will become distant. dont know how to help, think its borderline toxic of me. but ig its just me. sorry for the rant.

thats the problem. these feelings dont just come out of nowhere, it usually happens when you have nobody loving you for a long time. so that you finally find someone who makes you feels loved, and appreciates your existence; you always get anxious at the littlest crack in the relationship.
