I was scrolling through Facebook yesterday and managed to find this gem.

For real though, who is nasty enough to pick up dirty chicken tenders on the side of the road?

As soon as I saw "Alabama" I was prepared for anything

[Abeamus]

Picking up food in a house you know is kept clean is one thing but outside? That's just

[lexus]

Some people were really hungry

Then they should buy fresh chicken tenders. Not random ones on the ground

[yeji]

this is just ...... oof

Alabama never fails to do some weird things

[RainbowDevil]

Honestly if they weren't directly on the ground I might take em. But only if I was strolling next to it by foot rather than stoping my damn car to get it.

[dark_tranquility]

Not gonna lie, that is so gross. I don't even pick up ones that fall in my kitchen, let alone on the side of the road.

Chiiiiillll

[lexus]

i mean who turns down free food?

Off of the dirty ground though?

Wat i wonder is how come its not been cleared after 24hrs n if its too much to clear it quickly dont it create its own traffic hazard.
Without pictures its impossible to tell which is at fault; authorities not clearing it quickly in time or folks who come across it n pick it up thinking, hey free food. I think both bear some responsibilty but maybe corona is ultimately to blame here. I dunno. Just me rambling nonsensically ig. Carry on. Nothing to c here. Move on.

Edit: it occurs to me the packaging wd still be intact unless run over so some ppl might think its ok. Only if they knew its over 24hrs unrefrigerated or werent thinking hey, free food- they would think it it over n not pick up any to eat.

[lexus]

i mean... it's still free

And it's still gross

[blueberries]

i'd definitely be nasty like that

[lexus]

there's many people that would still take it

Those people are weird
