He won't, YGE has been fined for tax evasion before and compared to that this seems quite small case- the club was registered as restaurant to avoid higher taxes. At most he will be fined again, but they might just give warning or sth too.

I don't have any wish within me for anyone to go to jail. That's me. However, I'm reading around that he is under investigation, and that he has not being convicted yet. Or am I missing something?
