This will be an upgrade to the thread. In that thread I pointed out that Oregon and Florida can be just one hour apart, depending on the part of the state you’re in, despite being kinda far from each other. However, what I failed to point out is that for one hour a year, they aren’t even one hour apart, they’re the same time. This happens in fall. At this time, that part of Florida goes back an hour one hour before that part of Oregon. This means that instead of Florida being at 2 AM, it’ll be 1 AM. But because it hasn’t taken effect in Oregon yet, that means Oregon is also at 1 AM, and will be for the next hour. Thereby being at the same time as Florida
