You should make enough for leftovers next time! That's what I did for my family (my parents and me) - there were three of us, so I would make six servings. That way, we wouldn't have to worry about the next night's dinner.

The idea for the chicken came from Pinterest actually. My parents had actually encouraged me to cook from a young age. We have photos of me at age 3 stuffing a turkey. And by age 7 I started using the stove on my own (with supervision). And now I cook for my parents because my mom works all day and I don’t like my dad’s cooking

Pinterest is great. I always go there for Thanksgiving ideas. That's awesome and so cute. Do you cook every day? What's your favorite dish to make?

I cook most days, unless my work books me for the later shift, then my mom does the cooking. I personally love making dinner foods over dessert cause baking is definitely not my forte
