hey guys, i am going to speak about this subject that is bugging me for awhile now.... i have this broke af friend..... i used to help her becuase i am stupid af and give her huge amount of money but she never returned the money until almost 3 years later..... and now she is asking me huge amount of money to pay for her traffic ticket again.... she wants more than1000$ from me this time ... i feel like i am being used by her.... and tbh i had enough of her.... i used to help her because i feel sorry for her but she doesn't want to help herself.... i can find her a part-time job with good salary but she is too lazy to work (she still in college)..... she always do fucked up shit and then keep crying for me about how shit her life is, it almost became depressing to hangout with her.... she will keep crying all the damn time.....and when i tell her to get a freaking job she will try to change the subject.... i can't tell her i don't have money because she knows i have.... i haven't replied yet.... what do you think should i do.... i know she will never return the money back maybe after 3 more damn years.... should i just ignore her?what would you do in this case i am really confused....

It all comes down to you in the end. If you still feel sorry for her and want to lend her the money, I would lend it to her but give her a stern warning that if she doesn't return it within a certain amount of time you wont lend her money again. But if you feel like if you've had enough, I would just tell her that you're afraid in case you get the money years later like last time. It's all up to you in the end ^_^

You already helped her other times so she has to learn her lesson. It's normal to help your friends, but this is already a thing of respect to return the money she borrowed

True friends don't mooch off of one another. I don't even like asking a friend to buy me chicken nuggets, much less asking them for money. I mean unless you're really close and have formed a strong bond then I wouldn't even consider lending them anything. It's messed up for her to ask so much from you. She's an adult. It's her responsibility and no one else's. Just because she's too lazy isn't an excuse. You shouldn't allow her to take advantage of you. Because one time turns into one-hundred times over. She relies on you and doesn't know how to fend for herself. You're an awesome person and I hate for you to go through something like this. Hope what I said helps.

Is this US $1000? That's an unusually large amount for a traffic ticket.
