Akgae is bit interesting term, i think it's mostly negative and i'm half joking with it cause i don't think u can be fan of group if u just care about one or couple of the members. But it's kinda useful in case where u don't even follow the group that much, but u have started to like one of the members due to their stuff outside the group.

I think it depends as there are things that complicate stanning nowadays like NCT and things like Produce and Uni.T where you might stan for 1 body of work but not be into one of the others which especially with NCT could put you in a tricky spot.
