I need tech help with kps (2 Viewers)

So, I wrote about my loading problems here before: X
But right now, I have loading problems with the site every day.
Like I wrote before, it doesn’t matter if I use my iphone/ipad with Safari or Chrome at home or my laptop with Chrome or Firefox or Edge at work. What is common in both that the service provider is Telekom. I think many other countries also have this T-something provider.
The reason why I ask for help or any useful tips is because it’s really bothering me now. I don’t say I can never use the forum because I can, like right now, but sometimes I can’t for hours or half of the day cuz I only see a white loading page.
If I’m lucky, it’s just 5-30 minutes. If I’m really lucky, it works properly.
Honestly, sometimes I just think about to give up, because I waste my time on staring at a white loading screen and you can guess that I’m not that calm anymore.
And I don’t know what’s the problem.
Is my country blocked? Or am I?
I have problem with this forum only, on all my devices. Is there any solution to me?
I swear I’m losing my hair because of this. Please, someone tell me why is it happening to me? @Tiffany @Ahsoka

it seems like it's a problem with telecom
i use a different provider for my phone and the site works fine

It could be related to where the server is located. Different locations work better with different internet providers and countries. Tiffany’s going to play around with some settings and open a thread to track issues, and we’re also looking at other data centers to potentially try to get one that works better with more users.

glad I`m not alone. my provider is a sub of telekom too btw @Ahsoka

I guess we can narrow down that the provider is Deutsche Telekom, i'll put in a ticket but i doubt there is much to be improved from our end from our datacenter, its like david vs goliath in a sense since telekom is an isp.

For a temp fix until i can find a suitable new location that works with users worldwide, what about if you guys use https://one.one.one.one/ , does that help? it basically reroutes your internet to use a more optimized route like cloudflare. @Boyo @Magician

Not sure if you already did something, but right now, it works perfectly to me. It may be just temporary, so the next time I will have problems, I will use that. Thank you for your hard work!
