i am very different than most
and im not saying im better than others

i can actually genuinely care about people, more than about myself sometimes , for real and quite quickly as well
but it has burnt me in the past many times because, like you say, others are mostly selfish and don't return the same to me

If it helps I only recently got a ship wrecker after being here for three years. It’s definitely fun to have a ship or wrecker and have them as a friend, but don’t feel like you need to have one. I wish you good luck though either way.

I think while having a ship can be fun if you interact with them like a ship however I think just getting a ship because others have is where people get into just having something on their profile that has someone you might be good friends with however rarely if ever see you interact like you are.

Well both my original ship and my shipwreck went inactive with my ship not even being on Discord anymore so been there and I see quite a few people with inactive ships nowadays.

I wouldn't expect someone to stay shipped with me if I'm not active here though since at that point I've moved on from the forum to not really worry about a ship.
