So I think ive mentioned the weird 18 year old (now 19 year old) girl who goes to my school quite a lot on this forum. Earlier today my friend (who ill call Kwang to conceal their identity) showed me that the 19yo was trying to ask out their girlfriend (for story purposes the fake name of Kwang's gf is Liu). For context they're both underage so this makes everything that youre about to hear all the more creepy. So basically the 19 year old attempted to ask Liu out and had given her this really creepy inappropriate letter. I don't think the kind and good souls of this forum deserve to see that nasty letter in its entirety so I'll paraphrase down to what's important: in it she firstly talked shit about Kwang saying she would be a better girlfriend for Liu but also went in unnecessary descriptive detail about sexual things she wanted this *literal kid* to do to her and on top of that also sent her explicit photos as well as in her words "a video of me masturbating to your voice that I recorded!"
Yeah, sick. I am really concerned and aware that i need to report this behavior but im not sure exactly who id report it to because we have many administrators I could consult about my concerns but im worried about them not fully being heard if I dont just go straight to the local authorities with the concrete information I have. I genuinely just wanted to share this because I feel like the more I learn about this girl the worse her character gets
