Why teachers in elementary encouraged sharing but never allowed it during lunch, even before covid like im trying to share and youre not letting me

No it was so annoying! They would be like "guys stop sharing!!" If they saw two people eating from like the same bag of chips. Like me and bsf had to hide the fact we were sharing.

Because kids at that age don't understand dietary restrictions and that stuff probably. Sharing is nice but when you share your peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a kid deathly allergic to peanuts that's less nice.
