I don't really tell people on here my problems, maybe partially because I've told myself that for some reason, nobody will care! I realized that half the time i say "I'm good too" or "I'm great" im freaking lying Maybe I'd be happier if someone actually comforted me or something or just genuinely cared? Ig that means I'm not an attention seeker but technically that would veto my other thread lol 😂

Me exactly, and i know no one on here will ever think that way too but ig we are just too self conscious about it

This thread exactly shows how we all seek comfort from eachother and are too scared to ask. Do it, u might or might not get an answer. But isn't it worse to never even have tried and miss someone connecting to you?

Also i heard it's mentally more healthy to unload ur problems, even without getting a solution for it. Just sharing with others makes u feel like u have less on ur shoulder or ur not alone in what u struggle. (Which looking up to the comments above seem to affirm)

Try and see! Ppl can't guess on their own what's in your head, you must open up a little bit. You can't just assume that noone will care and give up, that's like giving up before a race even starts.

Good luck with everything, even if i don't know what u are currently struggling with. I hope u wake up one day remembering ur struggles as just a faraway memory.

like generally I feel comfortable with everything on my following list since I have probably had a decent conversation and know something about that person enough to share things

a long time ago someone told me that

"we each have an emotional bucket and everytime someone relies on us for emotional support, a shoulder to cry on, an ear to vent to etc etc some of our emotional bucket gets filled up and eventually if we do not do something about it - it will overflow"

now I'm not saying don't rely on friends for support or venting or whatever but make sure that it is genuine in the need but also that you are open and reciprocal when said friend also needs support. Furthermore sometimes friends appreciate a small gesture if you have "burdened" them - It be as big as a gift or a meal or I've even seen a handwritten letter of thanks...

Yeah thats a good idea, i hope no one feels that they'll burden me if they ever have trouble
I want anyone to vent to me too if they have problem's
And hopefully one day I won't feel like that too
