I really hope this beast to stay in that course..... (1 Viewer)

It's forecasted to pass as a tropical storm; but I have seen what that can do to our crappy infrastructure. Last time we were a week without power.

Hopefully things turn out okay

Hopefully things turn out okay

I hope so. These things are unpredictable and the trajectory is almost guaranteed to change.

Hope it goes calmly, but prepare maybe in advance?

It'd not be as bad if it passes as a tropical storm. The annoying part is the days without power afterwards.

I hope everyone is safe and in good spirits.

I hope things turn out okay for all of you

I hope everyone is safe and in good spirits.

It's staying in the same trajectory and the forecast hasn't changed. Someone told me it's not considered now a threat to Puerto Rico. There was also a disturbance to the east of the storm that's apparently not there anymore. So it all looks good unless Bret unexpectedly changes direction for the worse.

That sounds good.

That sounds good.

Well, I was looking to a diagram of Bret's forecast, so I was wrong. It's still there.

[Michael]

Ugh, wish it would just go away completely TT

I wish it too.

[Pirioca]

News?

[Michael]

News?

It's passing far away to the south. No harm done.

There is Cindy which is forecasted to take a very different route. It's supposed to pass far away also; but these things are unpredictable as I said before.
