agreed on the diary, like i personally cannot relate to them - not on a "holier than thou" level, just in a way that kpop idols' personalities tend to be drastically different than mine and if i wanted to like someone for the person they seem to be, i do that with local tv personalities because being from the same country there are no cultural differences - but it's one thing to have some fantasies about idols you like and another to make them come into fruition in such a despicable way. like at least if you wrote some shit on wattpad you can get creative, so when people call you out you just gotta change the name and pretend it's fiction
