I sleep so bad since almost a week (1 Viewer)

I fall asleep and then I wake up after and can’t fall asleep for quite some time
then I fall asleep again and roughly an hour later, I'm awake again

This roughly started almost week ago, when I was tested positive for COVID
Is a possible symptom?
It's annoying bc I was lucky and don't have any bad symptoms, but the lack of sleep gives me a constant headache

I had this when I had COVID last year. I didn’t know I had COVID at the time but I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled out. I remember not sleeping well due to the constant headaches.

There was a time where I couldn’t sleep and the only thing I could do was stay awake. I ended up watching all 3 Rugrats movies from 6 AM til like 9 AM with this horrible headache.
