initially it was for recording cute memories, my thoughts and emotions of that day, but now its become a rant book and a therapy session for me

I tried keeping a journal but when I finished all the pages I ripped and threw it away haha
it had too much personal stuff, stories, thoughts and emotions about me and I didn't have much use for it, there was a period of time I wanted to write everything I could think of and sort of get it off my chest to help me but it didn't really do much, I like writing though c:
