I still love all the old stuff but new stuff isn’t hitting as much. And I feel like my standards have lowered for what I think is good (no offence to anyone releasing music rn)

I've had a few that I liked moderately but nothing stands out. Is it just the quality of the comebacks or am I really losing interest in kpop?

Of Korean releases the last thing I loved was Venom, and that was release May 25th.

i think for me it's the way all songs have the same format, they all sound the same with a verse, pre-chorus, chorus, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge, chorus with high notes.
Sure experimental songs like NMIXX and such are constantly being release but those song are trying to hard to be experimental so it just ends up sounding like a jumbled mess.

And it's mostly not better with English music, most of them have the same format but I find enough variety and catchy songs to listen to, while K-Pop does have many genres within they all tend to sound same-ish, where it's much more broader outside of K-Pop.
I still listen to most releases but tend to skip through the songs a lot. Last song I really liked was Wonho's title, before that Seventeen/Kang Daniel which were released at the end of last month.

I recently went through my K-Pop playlist that was over 2200 songs long, shortened it to 1600 songs. I think in general the more music you listen the more you find to enjoy even if it isn't to the highest quality, but seeing how I deleted ~800 songs I guess I took some of my preferences and standards back and will keep those with me for the future
