Today I made pesto pasta and an egg salad sandwich for lunch. And now I finished making a potato salad for dinner.

A combination of both. We had a ton of celery and green onions that needed to be used up

It was super super easy too 😍 just cook pasta (I chose shells) and in a separate pan cook garlic, olive oil and chili flakes (I measure with my hearts desire) and then add two to three spoonfuls of pesto
