for the ppl that are interested in health, food and fitnes, at least.
this new documentary on netflix called 'you are what you eat - a twin experiment' is really interesting.
I already heard about the study and the results last year so the contents wernt that surprising to me tbh.
but if you want to learn more about food and how it influences your body, you should def watch it (if you have netflix).
contents:
the study was held on identical twins. one was eating omnivore (which means they ate everything) and one was eating vegan.
they tested everyone before the experiment. they also had to sent in blood, urin and stool samples regulary, so they could check on them.
the experiment was going on for 8 weeks I believe.
main goal was to find out if changing your eating habit/diet would bring changes in your body in even a short amount of time.
and also which changes they brought. (if u are too lazy to watch everything, the results are in the last ep)
personally the most intersting parts for me were the different medical/science aspects and also the interviews with farmers and experts.
(because I`m vegan I knew most of them already, but it was still interesting cause I`m not american and some thing are different in europe,
even though the main aspects keep the same in the end)
keep healthy everyone
