Yeah you can! Its basically just gray and u get to pick any colour and choose if its static or can spin

Yasss! Also, I know it doesn't apply to every group/soloist but it would also bs cool if there were icons for different groups/soloists (Twice and BTS would be some good examples)

But I also don't know how that would wodk with copyright (though, is it just me or are KPOP companies generally more lax with copyright?)

Lol copyright is soo complicated...
I was thinking this because the way copyright works in a lot of cases, you can't profit off of anything that is copyrighted. It sounds intuitive but it's so much more than that.

You have to be able to look at certain cases and determine whether it's an infringement of copyright or not.

I spent over an hour researching if someone could copy your post idea as long as they aren't copying your work and claiming it as their own. And apparently you can but there was someone on Quotev that was like "I made this quiz idea and therefore no one can use it!" Even though it was a public quiz and all they did was make a twist on a very basic concept.

I don't know in the case of donations since it is a perk you get from donating. But since you're not doing that for the purpose of buying a product (which in this case, you might but there is no evidence), then I don't think they can do anything.

But you know those plays and musicals that your school may/may not have done? Well, you have to get approval everytime unless there is a circumstance that says you can use it without permission in order to profit from it at all. Same with getting choir/band/orchestra music and performing it and performing it at a paid event (which is a little different because some of those sheet music sites give you the rights to profit off of it once you pay for the sheets)

Sorry for the essay but I tried to explain it to you from what I understand. But I'm not a lawyer and I don't specialize in copyright. This is also based on American laws so correct me if I'm wrong!
