I want to look normal likr everyone else, I'm not doing it as much for my health, my stomach is just to big and it makes me look bad

My school meals aren't that healthy and it's hafd to find something really healthy to bring to school so im pretty sure that's how i gained weight to begin with 😭 i drink a lot of water already 🥲 what exercises do you recommend
