I went to a smash room for my birthday (2 Viewers)

I went to a smash room which is basically where you go and get to use baseball bats, golf clubs, big wrenches, etc to destroy stuff. By the end of the thirty minutes everything was shattered. It was sooo much fun!!

I see. I'd much rather do that than those escape rooms. Well, maybe I'll try an escape room, fail, become frustrated, then go to a smash room location. That's a good plan..... Kidding.

I’ve only recently heard of them and some therapists will recommend them as a coping strategy depending on your diagnosis
