It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a gym but I decided to go. It was great. I didn’t realize how much I needed to physically work off my emotions. And then at the end, there’s a massage chair 🥰

I did the treadmill for 25mins at 3.7 speed and 1.5 incline… not bad for a first time back after so long
