I don't have any children, unless a woman I've met in Seoul hasn't told me something. If I did, and she was an idol, my main worry besides the hate would be the rich men and handsome men in the industry. It's a known fact that very rich men have gotten away with things as bad as order and s*x crimes. From Jeffrey Epstein to Harvey Weinstein to Bill Cosby to Jimmy Savile. Money and power trumps everything in this world, and in Korea you can bet its easier to bribe people because the Korean currency has less value than the US dollar.

As for handsome men, it would take a very rare moral individual to not take advantage of the opportunities they are given. Having hundreds or thousands of groupies plus the halo effects puts them in a situation where they can date around as much as they want without other considerations. Even worse if they have a group of friends that share their 'conquests' on Kakao. We know how male culture is, and how Korean male culture is. Men can get away with a lot of things and the law will still be on their side. Even worse if they have a "kind" face, and as we all know we can't judge a book by it's cover. Obviously not all handsome men are like Seungri friends level but there are degrees of "f*ckboy" as they put it.

I'd be disturbed by the creepy incels sexualizing online, but I wouldn't worry about them regarding my daughter's safety as long as they stay online or blocked by security guards.
