I feel like most people would choose body.

Though now that I'm thinking about it, someone who's mind has deteriorated but is physically fit sounds dangerous

I feel like having a body that looks 30 but being mentally 90 would make a lot of people look down on you because sure muscular deterioration exists, but mental deterioration can also exist. People who look your age will likely think worse of you whether it’s because of an illness or disorder (like Alzheimer’s) or just because like most old people, you’d likely be somewhat stuck in your ways. Not that all old people are like that, but it’s more common of course. With the mind of a 30 year old but body of a 90 year old it wouldn’t as questioned I feel, you could probably pass as a hip old person without too much trouble.
