If You could open your own place or business what would it be?

I would really want to open a bookstore. Just a small hole in the wall place with books I've loved and family members
and friends have loved and also so I can just give out reecommendations.
Also maybe meet new people and get some recommendations from them myself.
I just think it would be so cool.​

One of my favorite cafe's where I live is based on a classic writer and all the coffee drinks are named after classic writers. It's literally my favorite coffee place ever.
