I have one that thinks she is doing a good job, but always makes mistakes. and my boss is being a coward and not talking to her about it. at the end I`m the one sitting between them and getting all the shit

Certain office coworkers are very stuck up and two faced. For the most part everyone just wants to talk about the business and have a dry sense of humor. This sort of environment is new to me since I've worked manufacturing my whole life. My other job i'm used to conversations about movies or videogames for example. Here it is all business and sophisticated talk. I'm like really out of place lol
